“Picked this up on Black Friday for $200 and it is the first heavy winter jacket I’ve ever had that actually fits. I am in love with this item. I am 210 lbs, perhaps the M Tall would have been marginally better, but the L Tall feels VERY comfortable.”
“The jacket has arrived and it is AWESOME! Material, length, warmth, color (navy) and hood (although the verdict is still out about the fur part, but that is removable). My ONLY 'complaint' is the snugness of the sleeves. They're a bit tight and I'm far from Hercules! LOL! I'm hoping they may stretch out a little over time. I don't want to go up a size as the jacket may become too roomy in other areas. I may slide foam rollers into them to see if that stretches them some. It's always something when one is tall! LOL!”
“The coat is great but the zipper is not. The pull broke and the teeth at the bottom of the zipper won’t close. My son has only had the coat a couple of months. I would like to know if I can get reimbursement toward (hopefully) fixing the zipper.”
