Would have given four and one half stars if that was an option. Only thing I didn’t like is the cuffs are so tight when buttoned it’s difficult to get hands through when putting on and even harder to take off. So have to unbutton to do it.”
“I've been looking for a tall-sized sherpa denim jacket for ages. If you're lucky, a big-name denim company will have Large Tall sizes and up, though I wasn't lucky with this particular type of jacket. Not to mention I'm a slimmer guy, so LT's are really more of a compromise instead getting something that would properly fit my build.
But I can happily say there were zero compromises made with this jacket. I'm 6'4" and slim as I said, I ordered the Medium Tall and it fits like a dream. I've never felt so good in a jacket before. The sleeves are actually a bit too long, but with the cuffs buttoned they sit on my wrists just fine, and as someone who always has sleeves that are too short, I can't complain here!
I've been wearing it for a few weeks now, and the build quality feels very solid, and though it hasn't gotten too cold yet here in the Great Lakes region, I have no doubts that it will keep me plenty warm until we get well into the really frigid weather.
I'm so grateful that in my frustration of not being able to find a tall size, I google'd "mens sherpa lined denim jacket TALL" ('Tall' in all caps because I was at my wit's end) and this company finally popped up to save the day. And their price is the same, if not less than a denim jacket of this quality would cost from any other big-name company (which wouldn't fit half as good as American Tall).
