“This coat needs a cell phone pocket and a hanging loop (everyone has a cell phone, not everyone has closets or uses a hanger). When hung on a hook, the hook digs into the fabric of the coat near the neck or the hood, which creates a distortion or bump in the fabric and eventually might create a hole.
The zipper is somewhat unreliable. It has split from the bottom a few times.
It is warm, long arms, looks and feels good. A few upgrades would make this a 5-star.”
