“The zipper is just so cheap that it was hard to unzip to put it on, then hard to zip up. As an added bonus, the zipper is somehow too long or something and creates a stiff "tummy bubble" that gives you a gut where you don't have one. Hard pass.”

1) They chat then email process to work with customer support is the worst. Slow and wait several days for response. Just awful.
2) They did nothing for me even though you can see many complaints about the zipper in reviews. Basically, told me life expectancy of the zippers may only be a few months and depends on the care. 3 of the same simply cracked no longer have pulls.”

“Good looking warm up jacket. LT fits me well at 6'8" 220. Two minor gripes - the zipper is a little sticky as it approaches the neck and the elastic waste is a bit tight and terms to ride up when sitting. Fabric is not overly shiny, which is to my liking. Overall I must be satisfied since I've worn it every day since getting it.”
