“Unfortunately, I purchased this Wool Coat on Saturday November 18th and reached out to the company to get a price adjustment for the difference from the Black Friday special which is not a lot of money but it's the principal around the customer service rep Nada telling me there is nothing they can do, I am in retail as an executive of a company and this is so unfortunate that a customer that has spent over $1,300 in three purchases would be told this especially when it's been only about 40 days of finding American Tall clothing. I am super disappointed with the service and lack of policy around price adjustments. Maybe this will be my last purchase due to less than $50 credit.”
