“I hate I did not read the review from James C. before I purchased this jacket. This is the only jacket I own with the zipper pull on the left side. It is difficult to use. The fit of the jacket is great. I contacted customer service thinking it was a defective product and they said this is how the jacket is designed. That should be in the description so that you are not penalized for trying to returning the product.”
