I spoke with a customer service rep about cancelling my first order and submitting a new one for a different size and he was amazing to deal with. I'll definitely order from this store again. “I bought this dark blue/black jacket as a gift for my son and he loves the color and style. I should have bought xl/extra long because the sleeves could be a little longer but my son says he will keep it and wear a hoodie underneath and pull the sleeves down below the jacket sleeves. Otherwise this jacket is very nice.”
