II'm 6'1" and bought the extra long. I would say it's true to size. The buttons don't gape and the shirt doesn't show bras. A real staple!

I love wearing white shirts and this is finally a shirt that fits me! Nicely fitted, with long enough sleeves. I wish fabric was less see through, but otherwise it is very nice and stretchy.
