“Sent defective item and have to go through hoops to return and prove the garment is defective! That in itself is suspicious. The shoulders are pointed and it would appear the shirt has been sitting on a hanger for months. No amount of washing removes shoulder points damaged by hangers. I do not want a replacement. I want my money back. And the BOT is awful.”

“The fit is off. I ordered the cream in Medium XT. The torso and sleeves fit great, but the armhole is way too big, causing 1.5-2 inches of extra fabric to bunch up at the top of my shoulders when the garment fits comfortably in my armpit and around my bust.
I've ordered many AT shirts, and so far, this is the only one that hasn't worked for me. Bummer, since it's super cute and a great thick material for winter!”

“AMAZING! The sleeves aren’t quite as long as the fitted ribbed long sleeve tee but are still long enough to go over the hands. I am 5’11” and am always disappointed in how long down shirts go. Usually even if they aren’t cropped they are on me. This is nice and long as are the sleeves. The fabric is sooooooo nice. My bust is 34”, waist is 28” and hips are 38”. I got a small tall and it is just perfect! You can tell this is quality clothing and it is worth the price 1000%, or more!”
