“I ordered 1 pair a couple months ago and loved them because they are buttery soft so I decided to order 2 more pairs and when I received them I the material is different and not buttery soft and more like cardboard with no give at all. I don’t find myself reaching for them as much. I wondering if there has been a material change or if I was possibly sent the wrong ones. This is disappointing and it makes it hard to consider ordering again.”
