“I wear a 34 inseam and weigh 160lbs. I ordered the Medium Tall. The length was great. The waist is nice because there isn't an elastic band digging right into my bellybutton. They are a bit less stretchy than I had imagined. Although this size fits, I am going to give the Large Tall a try.”
