“I’m not crazy about these leggings. The material is just too thin and stretches out. I wish that at least the top band would be a little thicker to provide more shape and hold me in. The butt also seems to be a little shapeless; the back seam doesn’t come in at all and ends up giving a “unibutt” look.”

“If honesty counts... REAL honesty... it begins with assessing not necessarily the very BEST part I loved about the workout pant first, but begin with the MOST necessary needs of any pant, and what began very noticeable & embarrassing aspect for me, that might and could be an issue for EVERY woman who goes to the gym, runs in the park, of simply wears these as a comfort piece. I had to make sure I wore a long shirt to cover my bumm.
These are SEE-THRU when you bend. They aren't see- thru if you stand straight. The minute you sit down, it's obvious the cotton construction weave is not comparable to other brands like Nike. I'm sorry to point this out, but it must since the main reason for these type of pants is the purpose of stretching, bending over, having legs distanced apart in exercise, and we want to maintain a decent amount of coverage for areas like our behind or crotch area, and don't want our underwear to be peering through, or the color of our flesh to be seen, especially if we are considered to have any type of decency. I'm sure this can't possibly lost on the quality team at AT, but I hope you will consider this a design recommendation to provide proper coverage for the indecent and modest parts of our bodies while in public. Many of your clientele are high profile women purchasers in public facing situations.
But I'm not at all out-of-love with AF's clothing! This could just be improved.
The thing I LOVED about this pant was the comfort, and the length. They do not grab and grip. I would purchase these again, but with the idea that I would have to wear a long tee when I exercise or plan to do any bending over movements.
If AT could go back to the manufacturer for more thread count construction THAT would be a GAME CHANGER! Even if it increases the price by a few dollars, it would be worth it!
I'm not sending mine back because I do love these. They are uber-comfortable. More comfortable than Nike. The comfort hits it out of the ballpark for me!

We're sorry that the fabric isn't what you were expecting. These were designed with the purpose of being an everyday versatile legging. If you're looking for something to wear to the gym we recommend trying something such as our Balance or Active leggings.
