“The fabric and length of the sweat pants are excellent. The sizing, however, is way off. I had checked the size chart and thought XL would fit me, but no luck; it barely fit my daughter, who is 6'1" and 2 sizes smaller than I. Order at least 1 size larger than normal.”

I was torn between the L and XL size (usually wear a 12), but got the XL size to have a little extra room to allow for shrinkage in the drier, and am very happy with that choice. “I ordered these in xl tall. Measurements laid flat before washing are :
Waist: 16 1/2 "
Front rise: 13 1/2"
Back rise: 15"
Low hip 25" (measured 17" down side seam from waistband)
Inseam: 35"
Outseam: 47"
Pros:
Thicker fleece that's still soft to touch
Generous pockets
Waist band doesn't ride up like on my banded joggers
Cons : waistband has the least stretch of the styles I've tried from American tall. Pockets pucker out at top.
Summary: these are warm, soft and the perfect length for me . I can cover the pockets with my shirt, so I'm keeping them .”
