“I am very disappointed by my order. I bought these pants and a matching pullover in the same colour and they arrived in 2 different shades and don’t match. I am 5’9 110lbs and ordered extra tall Medium for an oversized fit and they are just barely long enough and fit pretty tight around my very skinny legs. Contacting customer support is the biggest pain. I’ll update if I ever hear back or receive a resolution but quite disappointed to have spent $150 on this.”
“I am so so disappointed. My sister got me my first pair of American Tall pants and I absolutely fell in love. Great quality, comfortable and most importantly, long. I was very excited to stock up for the Black Friday deal, but I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I ordered the same sizes for all pants, they fit great. However, did they switch the quality of the stitching? I have worn three pairs so far and within a couple hours, noticed holes and the stitching coming apart. One of the pockets and stitching was already coming apart before I even got to try them on. I don’t know what happened to the quality of the clothing, but it is a major disappointment.”
“I love the fabric and style of these joggers, it was my first time ordering from American tall so I wasn’t sure the sizing but I got the extra tall and could have gotten away with the tall.”
