“I am 6’1”, 190 lbs and I got XL Tall, which were too big in the waist and maybe also around the knees. I prefer a little slimmer before they start to widen so that the widening starts more like mid calf not at the knee. They were very comfortable and I debated keeping the XL because they did fit, they just weren’t as snug as I feel like yoga pants are supposed to be considering the stretch ability. I exchanged for L Tall and am waiting for those. Otherwise they seem well constructed and are soft but decently thick and very high waisted on me which I appreciate.”
