“Thick heavy fabric best for cold weather. Weird sizing. I sized up after trying and returning two other AT styles of pull on pants that had thick tiny waistbands. The larger size was comical. Teeny uncomfortable waist band and huge hips that stuck way out. Beware of return policy since once you choose store credit gift card AT considers that final sale. My gift card is getting used up with return shipping fees.”
We're sorry to hear that the fit wasn't what you expected. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding both the fabric and sizing. We understand your frustration with the waistband we'll be sure to share your comments with our Design team.. We'd also like to clarify that returns for store credit do not incur a return shipping fee, and our return options and policies are outlined during the return process and on our website. If you ever need assistance with sizing recommendations before placing an order, our Customer Experience team would be happy to help.
