“These pants look so stylish! They are great for my on the go lifestyle where I don’t want to be in leggings but want to look good, casual and still be comfortable. The colour is great too! The pants fit perfectly, they look great and feel so comfortable!
The clothes at American Tall are really nice and always fit well. My two consistent complaints with this company is everything is through email or chat bot. There is no access to a human. When I make a purchase and there is a sale the very next day they do not keep it simple and just give me the difference. Through email they tell me to repurchase and return my original purchase from the day before after I have received it. Even then to get a refund they charge me $9.00. So this suggestion is not only time consuming and extremely frustrating but I I am also out of pocket for the refund. Honestly this has been extremely frustrating to me from the beginning. My entire family is very tall and we all shop here, this has made us cringe to make a purchase. Things happen and sometimes you need to speak to a human to get assistance or want the respect to honour a discount from the company. If it wasn’t for those major issues the clothes themselves are good.”
