Unfortunately I've had multiple experiences with poor quality with AT. I feel we are being cheated and taken advantage of with the prices they are charging, and advertising as a high quality brand, while really it feels like any other fast fashion brand.
This seems to be a common experience reading through other reviews on various products. AT customer service always responds "sorry to hear this", but doesn't seem to be making any changes that would be more meaningful.”
