“I ordered a pair of Soft Flex Ponte Flare Pants with Drawcord for Tall Women in Navy L / Tall. I received an XLT men's jacket. Your awkward bot started a customer service ticket 4 days ago. I wasted a lot of time because the bot wanted so much information - including a photo of the men's jacket - ridiculous... I still have not heard back from customer service. I purchased these pants for a trip and because of mistakes in shipping and such poor customer service, I will not have them for when I nedded them. I have never experienced worse customer service.”
