“The fit of these pants are very frustrating. Initially I ordered a size 10 tall. They were too tight and too short- the same length as pants from Express or Gap in long (which is surprising to me, because I expected American Tall to be longer). So I returned them and got a size 12 extra tall. These pants are extremely long, which I guess is a good thing, but I don’t understand how they have only two length options and both don’t really fit me, a 6’0” tall woman with long legs. Additionally, these pants have an insanely long crotch!! Literally goes up to my bra. I don’t understand. I thought these clothes were designed specifically for tall people. Shouldn’t they know that tall people do not have insanely long crotches? Finally, I don’t understand how the pants are both tight and baggy. They fit fine on my legs (wide leg pants), but then are tight in the crotch, and loose at the waist band. It’s a nightmare. I have to wear long shirts to cover the high and tight crotch in order to wear them.
I thought about returning them but I don’t think American Tall has a size that would fit me!”

Purchasing another pair in the other color! I did need to exchange for a slightly bigger size as they fit but I felt a size bigger would be more comfortable”

“I typically wear 14T, but that was too big. The pants are on the cusp of being too long, and my height is due to long legs. The 12T fits nicely in the waist and hips. The fabric is a bit gauzy in texture, but it drapes nicely.”
