“This is literally the first time in my life that I’ve owned jeans that rise above my hips and where you can’t see my ankles. I’m not even exaggerating when I say I teared up the first time I put them on. I’ve always been a bit self conscious about my height and not feeling very fashionable ever (I don’t try that hard, but sometimes you just want a black jean that you’re not constantly hiking up to conceal your crack or looking like they’re cropped).

“First time to purchase these jeans and took me two tries to get the sizing right. I first ordered a 36/35 and 34/35 and both were too big, especially in my thighs. (Note skinny fit is fairly tight in lower leg.) I exchanged, tried 2 more sizes and found the 32/35 works perfect for me. They are very long, come under my heels when bare foot. Quality, mid-weight fabric feels soft. I hope they don’t stretch out too much with wear. Disappointed that I could only get black as denim was out of stock in my size. Return/exchange process was easy.”
