“This is a tough review.
I purchased the black and the darker blue in the same size. The black were a little more snug than I liked but had some stretch, blue were extremely tight, no stretch and couldn’t even get them over my butt. Did an exchange for a size up in each.
The black were now on the loose side but more comfortable than the size down so ultimately, I kept them and are my favorite pants.
The blue were still too tight. Like hurt my calves and pinched my knees when they bend, too tight. Could only exchange once so I had to return them. The return got stuck for months when the Canadian Postal service went on strike and I never got my refund/ store credit, in spite of multiple emails.
I really love the black version and wish so hard I had a blue pair that fit too so back here to try another size larger and bite the bullet that I am paying twice for one pair of pants.
I am a more athletic build with a (thank you mountain biking) butt that causes me some problems and I expect to have to adjust size choice for jeans with less stretch but this is a legit 2-3 size difference issue between colors in the same jean and a little ridiculous.”

“I wish they lasted longer. I've purchased 14 pairs of these jeans over the past 3 years, because they're not durable. They look great for a couple months. After several washes and dries they lose not only color but also shape. The last pair I bought a few months ago and today they came out the dryer with weird lines in the material under the crotch on front and back. They're the only jeans that I've found that fit so I keep buying but let's talk about sizing too. I wear the 30X37 and in black they're form fitting with room to spare around the waist.. The same size in blue was cutting me in half. I had to size up not by one but by two sizes to get a fit that's still not as comfortable, so I sized up to 33 and they are too loose. Inconsistent sizing is really frustrating. If it's the same size it should fit the same no matter the color.”

“I’m 6’4, 180 lbs
I usually wear a 32x37, but they were really tight around the thighs and not comfortable. I got a 34x37 and they are super comfortable, they fall down since they are too big around the waist and bum, so I always need a belt, but they look fantastic and are super comfortable so they are now my go-to jeans!”
“These are going to be great. I actually don't need them quite this long, but regular jeans are too short so I have to buy tall jeans and hem a couple inches off or else I look like a dork going through a flood. The waist is a little bit higher than what I would call mid-rise, but far from high-rise, which I absolutely cannot stand. Happy to see some mid-rise jeans out there!! I am only 5'5" but I have these crazy weird long femurs!”
“I wanted to fully love these, i got 25x35 because I am 5’10 and 115lbs. I was actually hoping to get a 24x35 to compare but they don’t make them lol. The denim feels great, the color is nice, however I couldn’t get the pants over my ankle :(
I may try the 26 but i have a feeling the waist will be too big”
