“These have all the makings of a good jean but they were a miss for me. I'm 0.5" shy of 6', about 210lb and wear between a 10 and a 12 - I like a tighter fit and got the 30x35 in the darkest blue and also black. The waist fit like I'm used to but the rest of the fabric was SO stretchy it was ridiculous! I was expecting a stiffer material and pictures looked like it would be. They were not tight in the leg and there was bunching/rippling all the way up the inner thigh and bunching/gathering at the knees, it just looked sloppy. They felt as if they were too big everywhere but the waist. I have squarish hips, thick thighs and regular bum that's not too round but not completely flat so I don't have any gapping issues usually. The fabric is THICK, I don't know if that contributed to the weird way they almost ruched up the leg but it was not cute on me. I'm balanced in terms of torso to leg ratio but do lean more leg. Technically, I am a 34" insteam (maybe 34.5" but they don't sell those...) but often wear 35" (if I can find it) because I like for my boots with a standard 1" stacked heel to be covered by the pant - these were SO LONG my god it was almost comical. I have other pants at 35" but they did NOT fit like these jeans (thinner ponte or dress pant fabric). These jeans were all around a goofy fit on me. I really wanted to love them because good straight jeans are hard to find in the right length. This is my 3rd order and return to AT, sadly I don't think their clothes and I gel. Be aware that the return fee is 9 bucks!”

However, the waist was HUGE. Like, at least an extra 3" huge. I didn't even try exchanging them because according to the size charts and my measurements, I ordered the right size. If they had been 1/2-1" to big I might have just sized down. But 3"? There's obviously a quality control issue.
