“Disappointed in the cut: tall women have longer bodies, but the rise in this pair is the same as “ regular” jeans. The waist is looser than regular size, so a “ high rise” fits like a mid-rise. Very long legs. Nice denim, but even stitching on the legs is uneven.”

“I ordered the 28/35 based on the size chart and reviews, then worried they’d be small as I usually take a 29/34 in jeans. Happily the jeans fit perfectly! No waist gap, roomy in the hips, great length.”
“The bottom of the jeans needs work. They are supposed to have a "frayed" look, but the first time I washed them I ended up with long, messy, white strings. I posted feedback to American Tall about this. I'm unsure how to fix this problem. Maybe clean up the strings and stitch around the whole hem? Since I've washed them I doubt I can return them. If I'd known this I either wouldn't have bought them or bought them in the longer length and had them hemmed -- but spending more money doesn't make sense. Other than this problem I like the jeans.”

“I love these jeans- comfortable, great fit, good color. However, the distressing on the bottom takes them from dressy to casual. I want to be able to wear these for all sorts of occasions, but with the white strings, it can’t be pulled off. Would love a regular thick hem line on these jeans. I would buy multiple pairs. I bought the Faded Dark Indigo.”

“I don’t think I’ve ever put on a pair of jeans without there being something wrong with them, until these. The fit is immaculate. I’m tall (6’1”) but extremely curvy, I have a flat waist, large but and thighs and finding a pair of jeans that hugs my waist without a gap but fits my waist and thighs perfectly is extremely rare for me! Will be ordering more!”
“The jeans are comfortable, I like the fit however after the first wash I noticed that the raw edge of the fabric is not finished. The “hem” completely frayed and unrolled. I spent an hour ironing some hem tape and trimming long strings from the bottom of the jeans. I guess I was expecting better quality for the price point.”

“Love the cut and fit of these jeans. The dark indigo style has a raw hem which I don’t understand, had to pay to have them fixed at the seamstress. Unfortunately, the first time I wore these, they stretched out, especially at the knee, and looked sloppy within an hour. Bought these for an upcoming trip, but they won’t work out.”
