“I love buying jeans from American tall. I am always a size 32/37. These pants came and were marked 32/37. However, they are 2 inches longer than the other jeans I have purchased in the past for the same size and length and the waist was 4 inches wider. I purchased dress pants which fit perfectly according to the size I usually order in that style of clothing. I have ordered jeans before and have been always satisfied. I have contacted the company by their automated chat and are hoping they will respond to me. How do I possibly re-order? Are all the pants marked and therefore I have to order two sizes down? Is this the only pair of miss marked and therefore I just need another pair of 32/37 sent to me. I hope that they reply responsibly because I tried to express this paradox with re-ordering. I have not had success with communicating to them prior to this. I’m hoping things are improved.”
