“I’m in love with these! I’m 6’ and 165 lbs and have a hourglass figure and the XL smalls are amazing on me. The site recommended medium for me which I bought but they were a bit too loose. Then I ordered one of the last small sizes and now I need 10 more pairs. I need them to restock the small’s ASAP! The fit is perfect, snug but not uncomfy and a little extra length at the bottom but that’s how I like it.”
“So far, American Tall scrubs are resistant to piling and fatigue from daily wear. Length is excellent, but the cut is designed for a rectangular figure. Hourglass figure tip: size up one to two sizes and cinch the waist with the drawstring. If you are long-waisted (need a higher waisted pant) and have a shorter inseam (35" or less) opt for the XT version, and roll or tailor the pant hem. These would be better is hot water wash was possible for sanitary reasons: blood and pathogens require hot water laundering.”
“Product seems well made but had to return due to fit. I am 6ft, 135 pounds and the hip to waist ratio always seems to be way off; perfect around the waist but way too wide in the hips or vice versa (especially with the jeans which I usually have to get altered around the waist).
Again, the quality is there which is why I continue to shop here despite my sizing woes.
Can you please please make the XS sizes come in Extra Tall and consider adding an additional length option; 36" inseam? Thank you.”

“I originally ordered an XL extra tall since I'm so conditioned to regular women's clothing just not fitting my tall curvy body. I was shocked that they were too long AND too big, so I exchanged for a large/tall, and they were much better. As some others have mentioned, the waistband is a bit snug but it hasn't really been much of a bother, and I do appreciate that I never feel like they're going to fall down if I have things in the pockets (I've had that problem with other drawstring closure scrubs). Agree with others that a zippered pocket is unnecessary but it also hasn't bothered me that it's there. I do wish they were ever so slightly more fitted in the leg-specifically the thigh area-but I understand that every person's body is different so a perfect fit is a pipe dream. They wash very well and the color hasn't faded after multiple washes. I bought them on sale and would buy again, though probably not at full price, but that's more of a reflection of my frugality rather than the quality of the product :)”
“Love this product. I am 6’3 and these scrub bottoms are my favorite. This is the only brand I’ve found that makes pants that are actually long enough for tall women in healthcare! I would love for them to be in more colors and to be re-stocked more often!”
