“Such a fantastic skirt. Pattern/colour is even better in person. It is cotton, so no stretch. The waistband does have elastic but not a lot of give. I originally ordered an L (normally a size 10 or 12) it was tight at the waist so sized up to the XL. The extra room in the waist made it much more comfortable. The pockets and lining are great. The tall was a perfect length for my 5’11” frame.”
