“My second attempt at a sweater from American Tall and my second fail. The sweaters are cut like crop tops which is an odd design choice for tall people. Even the extra tall was too short. The sleeves are absurdly large. The whole look is ridiculous.”

“I consider myself a sweater connoisseur. This sweater is absolute perfection. I ordered both colors and I'm glad I did. I'm sad to see all these reviews about it being too thick or too short. It is amazing for actual winter weather and the waist length is perfection. It is not meant to cover your butt. That isn't the style it was made in. If you want a long sweater, then don't order one that you can clearly see doesn't cover the model's butt. It is the perfect in between- not cropped or slobbish length. The material is RIDICULOUSLY soft. I hope to see this sweater in many more colors! It looks like it did well over all, because most sizes are now sold out!
I think for the tall girl community, there are a lot of women (and men) who don't know how to dress or style their bodies because they never had options and now that they do, they don't know how to break out of the mold where they used to buy things too big to make it long enough. I am so ecstatic to have found American Tall. Slowly but surely, my whole closet is turning into an AT showroom, lol!

It fits exactly like the model shown, but maybe less stacking on the wrists as I have very long arms. Still *plenty* long. If I reach to put my hair up, the wrists of the sweater fall exactly even on my wrists.”
