“This is a nice weight Jean material, wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail, however with 99.2% cotton and 0.2% Spandex, there really isn’t much stretch. As a 6’ woman (195lb) with my height coming mostly from my lower body, length of body and sleeves (I do have long arms), work fine, however, with no stretch at waist, I could not button bottom 2 buttons. Sizing up would only have made the jacket to big at shoulders and bust. I opted for another brand with a 91% cotton 7% polyester 2% spandex, the stretch made all the difference. I have read many reviews after the fact, I wonder if an addition of more stretch, alleviate sizing problems for some? I know it would have for me. This is a lovely Jean jacket, just did not work for me.”
