I saw a lot of complaints about the sleeve length, and I have pretty long arms, so I ended up going for the X-Tall. I have to say, I'm super glad I did, because the sleeves are at a great length! So I'd say pay extra close attention to the sleeve measurements since I do anticipate I'd have been a bit disappointed with the Tall as well
