“The size is actually perfect. But whatever material they used inside the jacket comes out continuously. They are these little fibers that get on everything and float everywhere. It’s kind of embarrassing when you get up the fibers float everywhere. And others fan them away! Smh”

“Ordered this coat (Medium extra tall) for my daughter who is 6‘2“. She is very proportionate, size 6 jeans. It seems like they only added length in the arms and the body length of the coat. They did not make the shoulders a little wider, they did not make the trunk of the coat (where the rib cage is at) a little wider. We exchanged it and ordered a Large Extra Tall. The shoulders and the body of the coat were the exact same thing. She could zip it, but she couldn’t really move her arms around a lot. I was really disappointed that American Tall did not make a coat that fit a tall woman s body, they simply lengthen what they already had.”

“So excited to find something with long enough sleeves! I am 5'11", short-waisted but with the arms, legs, and feet of someone 6'+. I typically wear a size 10 /12 (31/32) in pants and my bra size is 34DDD/36DD. I originally ordered this jacket in the LTall, as per the recommended size, however I found it to be much too loose, so I exchanged it for the MTall. The MTall fits perfectly and still has some room for layering. It is a little more snug in the hips than in the upper body, but that is normal for me. For reference, I also found the skinny jeans that I tried on to run large and was able to fit into a size smaller than I expected.”
“The jacket fits well, but this is the second jacket I have gotten from American Tall that has a weak/flimsy zipper. The zipper just separates, sometimes in the middle, sometimes at the bottom of the jacket. I thought that would not happen with this jacket, because it has a two-way zip, but it still just pops open randomly. The issues is not that the jacket is too tight, or doesn't fit; it fits well. This issue is a skimpy, cheap zipper whose teeth just randomly separate. I liked the jacket so I took it to a tailor to get an estimate to replace the zipper, but that would have cost more than the jacket did.
Please use better zippers in your outerwear.”
“This jacket is a joke. If you’re a true 2XL, don’t bother. I’m 5’10 and ordered a 2X, the sleeves were too short and I couldn’t zip it. These are made for people who are skinny and tall. No other body shape.”

“I love this jacket so much. It is lightweight, yet warm. I was worried it would be too tight at the shoulders based on some of the reviews, because I have broad shoulders, but it fits perfect and still leaves room for layering underneath. I love the length and the sleeve length. It’s perfect for our upcoming trip to London in January. I am 5’10” and 235 lbs and usually wear an xxl. I ordered xxl and it’s perfect.”
“Love this jacket! I bought it for my daughter for Christmas who is 5’10” and about 115 lbs. I am 6’ and about 150lbs and it was a little snug but plenty long in the length and arms. The fabric seems to be good quality. Not too bulky. Very happy with my purchase.”
