“I love my jacket! I like that it covers my butt and is packable. I’ve brought it on a few international trips and use it as a blanket on the airplanes too. I’ve gotten several compliments on it.”
“Be careful of the zipper design. I understand that the design concept for the inside of the zipper was to have a flap to cover against draft through the zipper teeth. But one side was properly constructed with a stiff material and the flap side was poorly designed with a soft material for a fraction of an inch immediately next to the zipper track and the stiffer material attached to that. In a predictable manner, the very first time I put the coat on, the zipper grabbed into that soft layer which fed the stiff layer into the zipper slider and I got stuck inside. I have wormed my way out of the garment, but now I have to decide if I try and cut around the portion that's stuck and pull out the small piece inside the zipper slider with needle nose pliers and immediately mend a new garment, or do I try and pull the cloth out of the slider and potentially trash the entire zipper, or do I dig around in the garbage for a return label. that I know someone already got wet.
My issue is that this was the predictable result of the garment design. It isn't a question of poor materials or poor workmanship. It's more like leaving chocolate on the coffee table and then being surprised that your two year old mushed it into the carpet and fed it to the dog. It was always going to go this way unless you learned to be extremely careful every time you zipped and unzipped. And then only if you are aware of the issue beforehand, which I wasn't but now you are.”

“The look of the jacket is cute, feminine, rich in color and has nice sleeve length. What I noticed is that the sewing job that gives the jacket a puff look goes through to the inside (there is no liner layer). So when walking outside in 26 degree Fahrenheit weather with a light breeze I felt the air go right through every seam line in this jacket/coat. I was shivering within minutes of stepping outside and I was wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath. I also noticed when moving my arms out straight like I would if I was driving the fabric was taught by my underarms. It felt like any more movement would cause the seams to tear. I am really sad and disappointed at the quality of this jacket. I order a size up like some suggested. This jacket/coat is better suited for spring and early fall weather not winter weather, it does not keep you warm.”

“I'm 6 foot tall and very thin. I went with the medium extra tall version because I like sleeves on jackets that go about halfway down my hand, and that's what I got. I figure the normal tall would be a typical fit for me. I feel like it doesn't have much shaping to it, kinda just goes straight down, if it had some sort of drawstring around the waist to pull it in a bit thatd be nice. Regardless, its very warm for 36 degrees fahrenheit on a pretty windy day (felt no wind entering) and likely can handle very cold temps with no problem.”
“This item the puffer jacket for women runs SMALL. I wear an extra large in all the clothing from this company and the coat fit like a medium. I am on the short side, 5' 10" and 200 lbs.
DIdn't get the chance to try it outside, today would have been a good day as it is 20 degrees F and winds gusts of 45 mph. Thus I can not comment on warmth. Coat is being returned.”
