“I ordered three of the Ultra Soft Short Sleeve Cotton Polo for Tall Men in black, green and pewter. The items were extremely wrinkled so I ended up washing and drying them. After taking them out of the dryer they remained wrinkled, so I ran another cycle with wool balls to see if that would fix the issue. Unfortunately it did not. For whatever reason the product stays wrinkled and it is quite frustrating. The other issue I've had was undoing the top button, and the button crumbled in my hands. I've never had this experience with any Polo or American Tall product, so this was an unfortunate situation. I'm starting the return/exchange process so hopefully this will fix the issue I am having.”
