“Was hoping this jacket would be great especially for the price. Unfortunately, there are loose threads in many places on the jacket. I really don't understand why refunds aren't permitted if the quality control is this lacking.”
“I really love this jacket. It is light soft breathable and extremely comfortable.
My problem with it happened after wearing it about 6-7 times. The lining in one of the arms starter coming apart at the seams. I never had this happen with a new jacket. I hadn’t even washed it when this happened.
I am no seamstress, but this seems to be a QC Issue during manufacturing.”
