“This XL Tall jacket is too large, by a size. I have had lots of problems ordering from you: Sometimes L Tall is too tight/small so I have to exchange it for XL Tall. Other times, like with this jacket, XL Tall is way too big, but since it was on sale, I'm stuck with it. Your inability to offer consistent sizing is causing me to discontinue purchasing from American Tall.”
