“I bought for my son in the fall. The snaps broke as soon as he wore it once, and it's been in the closet since. I'm not sure who to contact at HQ but I'm going to have to replace the snaps, and they're not going to match, it's quite disappointing, considering how much you spend on TAll clothes. More care on quality assurance is recommended.”
