I was looking for a trading application with a simple DOM that would let me place trades and stop-trades with stops and targets with a click, and let me adjust them manually during the trade.
I tried a couple of others but they always had a feature or two that annoyed me. Quantower doesn't.
I would add that Quantower is more than adequate for my needs.”
“Quantower has been my favorite platform so far in 4 years of trying different platforms. The only issue I had with this one is that in a previuos version, the drawings would not delete if you hit the delete button. If you closed the program and reopened it they would be gone though. Its slow to load new data from the server but I don't change timeframes on the fly, I keep a chart up of each timeframe I watch so that isn't an issue.”
“I have used QT for more then a year now and it's a nice platform. I hardly had any issues using it and if any questions there is Discord support pages where you get response quickly.”
“Overall a great platform. Stable, clean, intuitive... There is some glitchy areas though. Putting an order entry box in a group tends to cause issues. For example, after placing an OE box into a group, when you shut down then restart the next day, the order entry will have BTC as the currency. Closing it.. then restarting a new one is an easy fix. Being notified of updates has also come up. I switch back and forth between beta/no beta which seems to keep the current update available. Choosing a specific drawing on a chart that has multiple drawings/indicators layered on each other can be glitchy as well. But double clicking seems to get you there, and you can adjust it from the double click settings to make it easier to select. Connectivity is great... Charts are clean... Speed is reliable. Great product.”
