“First i will start by saying that the platform is FREE with AMP so perfect for learning without extra expense when not yet profitable,
It is a little clunky amd takes time to load and i think it lacks in customization compared to other platforms but as i said its free so for me the issues are very minor and i enjoy using this software”
“Good platform but missing some very basic features every other platform obviously has, like a pnl and lots traded breakdown grouped by exchange, product, and expiry. If you trade say Eurex and CME there is no way to know how much you have made of lost on each exchange or number of lots traded per exchange without manually adding up the individual trade by trade record. No per DOM record of lots and pnl either. On amp version you can't even link to excel to work this out, despite amps website saying you can - they confirmed you can't actually. So no idea how much of your pnl on Tnote or ES contributes to total pnl nor if traded say Sep & Dec expiries, difficult to know if you are covering costs as a result, every other futures platform has had this since 1990s. They say they have been working on putting this in for past 9 months. Anyone making a trading system would have this on list in first 5 core features to build on day one, very weird they can't manage it. Otherwise it's no bad at all.”
“Absolutely love Quantower. Came from I've used Tradovate, Tradestation and Tradingview. Quantower is the best by far. Least bugs, excellent speed and most of all, it's intuitive and not overly complicated. Sure, Tradingview may be more customizable, but in my opinion, it's too much. The only thing I would like to see adderd to Quantower are trailing TP/SL orders. I'd also LOVE a mobile app by Quantower.”
“I don't keep tabs on what others are doing, but if I had to guess I'd say QT is an extremely underrated platform. The dev team is also very responsive and have been over the last few years in terms of suggestions, fixes, etc. QT is also extremely stable... I've never once had an issue with it freezing outside of the usual data feed instances that happen from time to time. CQG + QT = divine.”
