“Overall the experience is very good. It feels like a platform that is always updating the user experience, works real fast, pretty good customization options.
The only bad thing — which sadly in my case is pretty bad — is that the DOM keeps switching prices. For example I am trading gold and suddenly the DOM will show me values for ES but the chart remains in gold, pretty bizarre. First time it happened I almost freak out. In order to fix it I need to either switch symbol or close the DOM and open again. I hope they fix it soon”
“Entirely too slow with minimal indicators no matter what network you're on. API connection to brokers is laggy and always disconnecting. I use several brokers and it's the same experience with all of them. I migrated off to a competitive product due to these issues.”
