They get offended when I say TV is retarded and they take it personally. Well, they need to do their job. They say 10 hours to reply to your email but it is always more than that and sometimes 3 days. For a chart that they charge, it is inconceivable that they did not offer tick charts for the longest time. And when they developed it, it is only in their MOST EXPENSIVE version. How retarded”
