“I purchased this 3 weeks ago and according to the tracking info it has yet to even be sent to a facility to be shipped. I don't understand why this process is even taking this long. To add to it now I'm receiving an email to review the product? You have yet to even have it leave your Warehouse. If the product is anything like your shipping process then I will be returning it and wanting my money back. It sounds great, nice and out of the way on my power cart, works great on my clicgear… loved it so much I bought a second one to leave at the summer cottage with the power cart so I can have one for my clicgear and powercarts at other courses.
