“Okay so I bought this shampoo because I have heard so much about all of the no yellow fanola products and how great they were, but I have very light blonde/silver hair so I expected this to work on my hair but after following the instructions on the bottle nothing happened to my hair. I've now had the products for a month & I think it's safe to say I'm fairly disappointed with spending so much on the products to have no results whatsoever.
Only rated 2 stars because I received my delivery quite quickly.”
“Best purple shampoo will definitely be sticking to this shampoo can only use it a few times before it turns my hair a tint of purple but I alternant between my normal shampoo it's given me great results it's changed my colour from a yellowy tone to a nice grey/platinum”
“I have just had my roots done so the colour is very warm still - I have used the shampoo around 4 times and the no yellow mask about 3 and still not much improvement. Although when I first used it (when my roots were dark due to lockdown) it worked really well. Still hoping and will keep using so fingers crossed....”
“NEVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN. open the bottle first time and this comes out. I contact their customer service to complain and they actually don't care. No apology, no investigation. One of the worst company's I've ever used”
