“Not a 15 minute assembly for sure, and definitely needs more than one person - unless you have 4 arms in which case you are ok. Quality is fine, takes a day or so for the chemical aroma to fade once being used. Packed well. All the screws and nuts are in a single bag jumbled together. The instructions have letters for each type of fixing - so top tip - sort them out and separate into the lettered types because they are different sizes & lengths. That really helped to not make an error. Instructions were expected to be small and they were. So if you need younger eyes to help or a magnifier then use them. Keep the handset instructions because the handset markings are really hard to read. Once you are used to controls probably can throw or take photo on your phone. No idea how to use the heat function so will have to ring AOSOM. Only been a few days and it has not come apart. Comfy and massager works fine.”
