We're super sorry you had a bad experience shopping with us. We believe we actually went above and beyond to help you when you contacted our customer care team and made us aware of the issue:
- We refunded you in full straight away, going against our own policy as your order was via Afterpay,
- We actually have girls employed to quality check our garments locally in brisbane when we receive stock (adding to the cost of our goods but it's vital for us that we send out good product), and then the girls check it again when packing orders. There is absolutely zero chance we packed your item like this.
- Once the package is picked up by our logistics partners, we lose visibility of what happens to it. We didn't make excuses, we just gave you a refund straight away.
We care VERY much about getting all of our customers a quality product they love. Once again we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations, but we did do our best to give you the best experience possible.
