We do have a statement on our website regarding this as some areas are struggling to provide cylinders without an exchange cylinder. “Not sure how I can rate it. It's a gas fire but it seems impossible to get hold of gas for it. Every dealer I go to want me to hand in an empty bottle before I can get a new one which seems like putting the horse before the cart. How do I get an empty bottle if I don't have a full bottle to empty first? Complete lunacy.”
