“Coming from Calor Appliances I would have expected the gas fittings to be be of high quality, unfortunately a very poor quality regulator arrived with the bbq that would not seal properly on my gas bottle. Also the hose was so short the gas bottle could not be placed at the recommended distance from the bbq when in use. I have replaced these items with genuine calor parts.
I must admit now it is up and running this is a very good bbq but I feel a little aggrieved the a specialist gas appliance company would provide inferior gas parts out with this item”
