Hello Stephen, We are really sorry for the delay and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we cannot be on top of every parcel once we hand it over to the couriers and are often only notified about issues if it comes from the customer and not the actual shipping service. We have started an inquiry with the shipping company and will touch base via email with updates. We will do our best to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible - due to Rail and Road closures in and around Western Australia due to flooding we are experiencing delays. The rail line has been extensively damaged and will remained closed for repairs until further notice. Any items received for transport to Western Australia prior to 21/1/22 may be affected by a train that cannot get into Western Australia. We ask for your patience while we work to get these parcels into Western Australia and to their intended destinations. Please continue to monitor the tracking and if it has not been received by 24/2/22 please reach out to us again so we can investigate further for you. We know delays are frustrating. More information about the current delays and impacts to the Australia Post network is available on our website here, https://tinyurl.com/ygp7xl2r, and is being updated regularly We will be in touch soon, please let us know if it shows up in the meantime and we can close the investigation
