“The low Voltage water pump would not work as my power points (has a safety feature that requires an earth pin to supply power) need's a 3 pin plug and the pump you sent has only 2 pin, therefore could not connect the water pump to the power supply.”

Hi Anthony, I apologise it was not suitable, you must have a unique electrical system. We have sold many of these pumps in the past and I'm sure they work on 99.9% of Australia's power points. Please initiate your return for a full refund or credit. All the best, Chris
