“The product was good. But the pump was delivered with a hose and 3 fittings none of which fitted. This was really annoying as I had to chase around to find a suitable hose before I could complete installation. The pump was in a presealed package so I expect its contents had never been checked by Aquagardening.”

Hi again Colin, Thank you for leaving this informative review. You will find that the small length of the 4mm hose and the fittings supplied in the box, can be used as a venturi for air. The pump does not come with but is listed to require a 10-13mm hose. We do carry 10mm and 13mm hose to suit if you still need to track some down let us know. “Very nice dc water pump. Very well made with quality material. Nice and heavy and sits well at the bottom of the water feature.”
