Hello Hugo, Thanks for your feedback and review, we appreciate reviews across the spectrum as it gives us a snapshot of how the products are working for customer's in the real world. A pen of this standard would likely have to be calibrated regulary, and before use which may help with the accuracy. In terms of it not working anymore, if it is still under warranty, please get in touch with us and we can test and replace it, or give you a credit towards a different EC pen if you'd rather.
